Blockchain is a technological manifestation of certain ideas and aspirations, much older than everything we classify as modern technology, reaching back to antiquity. This idea is simply the freedom and independence of the individual. However, the community is quite strongly attached to the ideas of Cypherpunk and the manifesto of Eric Hughes, in which, in summary, the idea of freedom is implemented through privacy ensured by cryptographic technology. Privacy, to become universal, must become part of the social contract (the same one Rousseau spoke of). Alongside privacy, there is a call for cooperation for the common good, transparency in relationships, and honesty. It is important to note that the advocated privacy should not be confused with categorical anonymity—privacy means anonymity understood as a starting point, and its limitation is natural and even desirable if restricted to areas where it is necessary and justified
